Cakeball Recipe
Cakeballs
1 9x13 cake baked per box(any flavor)
1 can of icing(any kind)
meleted chocolate(I use almond bark)
Mix and bake cake according to directions on box. Once it is done take out of ove and scoop into a bowl and crumble cake with fork. Then mix in the icing really good with the crumbled cake. Let cool in refrigerator about 15-20 minutes. Take out and roll into balls and place on a piece of wax paper. Then melt your chocolate in the microwave. Add a very little bit of cooking oil to the chocolate to help thin out some. Then dip the balls in the chocolate and put them back on the wax paper to harden. Once harden put in an air tight container and they will keep for awhile. I keep mine in the refrigerator. I have never froze them but I have heard that they freeze well also.
